- 30 Days or more before full Refund.
- Before 20 Days 50% refund of total amount.
- Before 15 Days no Refund.
- Note: No refund in case of no show, Road blocks, Accident, etc.
Terms & Conditions:
- Pick up and drop point will be one only (if multiple pickups & drop please mentions email conversation before booking).
- Please read emails carefully and understand the contents and price.
- As per the directive given by the government of India, all Indian/Foreign Nationals are required to provide proper proof of identification upon check-in valid identification documents are: Passport & Visa together, Voter Id card, Current driving License, Aadhar card. All the documents must include a photograph.
- Hotel/Camps or any kind of accommodation can deny stay if valid id proof is not provided. Company is not responsible for any id proof related issue.
- Generally hotel check in time is 14:00hrs and check out time is 11:00hrs across India. Confirm early check in or late will be chargeable. Kindly contact hotel directly if you want complementary early check in or check out.
- If meals are included in package it will be served at set at set menu basis in a buffet menu /fixed / meal credit. Any items which are not in there in ideal buffet / fixed menu will be charged extra at the consumption. Hotels decide the menu and option of the items for the menu. Room service for the food or packing is charged extra at many hotels. Normally Chardham you will get north indian type food only and most of the standard and delux hotels give Thali if meals are included in package.
NOTE: Normally Breakfast Timing: 07:00AM to 9:00AM & Dinner: 7:00PM to 9:00PM (About the timing you can contact to hotel management.)
- In hill areas or chardham many hotels don’t have A/C so if you insist A/C only kindly confirm with the company regarding the same. Lift & power backup is not available in mostly hotels in chardham. Wifi& room heater is mostly chargeable but don’t expect to good wifi in chardham hotels due to network problem most of time.
- Most of the hotels in chardham are not running full year so don’t expect similar service and room quality as like Rishikesh, Haridwar & Dehradun.
- Due to any reason if vehicle breakdown due to technical reason. We will try to arrange another vehicle as soon as possible for the major reason, for minor problem which will not take much time vehicle will be repaired. Kindly cooperate.
- Company is not responsible for any delays & alteration in the program or expense incurred directly or indirectly due to nature hazards, flight cancellation, accident, break down, of transport, weather, sickness, and landslides.
- A/C will not work in all hill areas or stopped /parked vehicle. Hill areas will start from Dehradun onwards as well from Rishikesh onwards A/C will not work beyond those points.
- In Case driver is not cooperative kindly contact company on the spot.Normal working hours of driver is 12 hrs. in case you want service more than 12 hrs. in a day kindly inform us in advance.
- In some hill area roads driving after sunset and music is not allowed due to risk of life. So please cooperate.
- Company is not responsible for any accident/injury/death/theft of person or property during the course of the tour.
- Sometime vehicle parking area little far from the sightseeing spots. Guest need to reach the parking at their own cost.
- No refund for short stay or unveiled facilities.
- GST Taxes extra as per Government notification.
